My story:

Fresh out of university in 2002 I went to work in my chosen field of law. I was 22 and for the first few months felt that this was life-changing, but quickly realized it was not what I was after. I always wished to work as a fitness trainer but where I used to live, this was an impossible job with lots of limitations for a young woman.  I had to consider where my future dream career lay, therefore I decided to move to Australia and after passing the fitness course I was able to gain my dream which includes helping other people achieving their fitness goals and see them become more confident whether it is from loosing weight, increasing their fitness or changing their lifestyle completely.

My Mission:

“To create a personalized fitness experience for each client – one that’s safe, fun and habit forming: resulting in an overall improved quality of life”.
What I believe:

As A fitness trainer I do not believe that personal training is defined, as a trainer following a client from machine to machine and counting 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions. I know the clients know how to count! Therefore, the initial point of my training sessions is the “exercise safety”; the most important reason why fitness trainers get trained, avoiding any potential injury and a wealth knowledge of handling and treating the injuries.
Exercise safety is important to avoid injury and maintain good health whereas poor knowledge of basic safety techniques could lead to injuries.

My fitness quotation:

True enjoyment comes from activity of the mind and exercise of the body; the two are united.
