What is HBT

HBT is about treating the whole body not just a symptom, and by being proactive in preventing possible health issues instead of being reactive. Learning how disease and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and appropriate types of exercise.

HBT therapy is based on six key foundational principles;

Breath

Hydration

Quality and quantity of food you eat

Exercise

Your sleeping patterns

Holistic body therapy assesses all six of these foundational principles and identifies areas of your life that need to be brought back to equilibrium
