Each session is designed around your goals and uniquely different to the last. This helps to prevent the dreaded plateau effect from occurring and keeps you and your muscles:

Nutrition is 80 – 90% of any training regime. Without a good eating plan, and eating right for your metabolic type your exercise efforts and benefits to the body wont reach their full potential. I am here to support you by showing you how diet impacts your body, including:

What is good for you;

What is bad;

Food label interpretations;

Eating for your metabolic type &

Just about anything else you are interested in.
