Each month a new healthy and yummy recipe will be posted. The inspiration for the online cookbook and blog has come through my own journey with food and cooking. I am always learning new ways to feed my body with the highest quality food possible, while making it tasty and being able to enjoying a treat without the quilt. My clients are constantly asking me to share my recipes with them! Why not share them with the world. My philosophy is one that has been around for 10’s and thousands of years, whole foods the way nature intended.
